Easy Care Playbook 5: Launch
This is the point where everything becomes live. The team knows what it is, the systems are in place, and promotion has started. Now the focus is simple: launch it properly, keep it organised, and make sure the practice is ready.
This is not about doing more. It’s about putting the pieces together.
1. Keep the Launch Simple
1. Think in terms of ongoing visibility
Most practices treat promotion as something you do once. A launch post, maybe a poster, and then it disappears. That doesn’t work.
Easy Care grows through repetition over time. Clients rarely sign up the first time they hear about it. They notice it, hear it again later, and then act when it becomes relevant.
The aim is simple: keep it visible so it’s there when the moment is right.
2. Use the Training Modules Before You Start
2. Use multiple touchpoints (lightly)
No single channel does the job on its own. Clients interact with your practice in different ways — in person, online, through reminders, or casually browsing. Easy Care should appear across those touchpoints without feeling repetitive or forced.
- In-practice conversations
- Social media
- Website and learning pages
- Google Business updates
Most practices rely on one or two of these. The ones that succeed use them together.
3. Get the Practice Ready
3. Use events to create real moments
Most promotion is passive. Events are active. They give clients a reason to engage now, rather than “at some point.”
This doesn’t need to be complicated. A simple in-practice or online event works well:
- “Pet Health Month”
- “Free nurse checks”
- “Senior pet awareness week”
Easy Care sits naturally inside these. You’re not selling it directly — you’re creating a context where it makes sense. It also gives the team something concrete to talk about, which makes conversations easier.
4. Prepare for Your Launch Event
4. Use social media consistently (not constantly)
Social media works best when it’s steady and low effort. You don’t need to post about Easy Care all the time. It should appear occasionally alongside your normal content.
This is where the content packs come in — they give you ready-made posts that explain the plan clearly without extra effort.
- Use the packs
- Post occasionally
- Keep it simple and informative
The goal is recognition, not persuasion.
5. Follow the Launch Calendar
5. Use email to reinforce, not push
Email is one of the strongest channels if used properly. You already have a list of clients who trust you. Easy Care is relevant to them — but only if it’s introduced in a straightforward way.
This works best when tied to something:
- An event
- A seasonal reminder
- A newsletter update
Include it in newsletters, send occasional updates, and keep it practical and clear. Clients often act after seeing it more than once.
6. Make It Visible in Practice
6. Make your website and learning page do the work
If a client hears about Easy Care and looks you up, the information needs to be there. Not hidden, not overcomplicated — just clear and easy to follow.
A simple page should explain:
- What the plan includes
- Why it’s useful
- How to get started
Your learning page can go further — link to it from emails and social posts, use it to support events, and give clients a place to understand it properly in their own time. This turns interest into action without relying on the team to explain everything in one conversation.
7. Keep Team Communication Tight
7. Use google business for ongoing visibility
This is often missed completely. Your Google Business profile is one of the first things clients see. It’s an easy place to reinforce that Easy Care exists.
- Post simple updates
- Share event announcements
- Add occasional reminders
It doesn’t need to be frequent — just active enough to show it’s part of your offering.
8. Focus on Consistency, Not Volume
8. Keep it alive inside the practice
Some of the most effective promotion happens in person. Clients are already engaged and thinking about their pet’s care. This doesn’t need to be heavy.
- Mentions during consults
- Reception reinforcement
- Simple visual cues in the waiting area
This supports what the team is already doing, rather than replacing it.
9. What Happens Next
9. What this leads to
When this is done properly:
- Clients recognise Easy Care before it’s explained
- Conversations become easier
- Sign-ups happen more naturally
Promotion stops feeling like “marketing” and becomes part of how the practice communicates.
Once visibility is consistent, you’re ready for Playbook 5: Launch — where the focus moves to driving active uptake.
